Despite other late scoring chances no further goal was scored at the blast of the final whistle.
The performance saw Arsenal lead Group F log with 6 points after three games.
In the group’s other game, Vitoria de Guimaraes suffered a 0 – 1 home defeat to Bundesliga side Eintracht Frankfurt, to see the German claim the second spot with 3 points with superior goals
