Liverpool forward Mo Salah dresses up as Disney character for daughter’s birthday ▷ Kenya News

Liverpool forward Mohammed Salah may well be on his way to becoming the football dad of the year after he went out of his way to make his daughter’s birthday worthwhile.

The last season’s premier league top scorer is also known to have a very lucrative Instagram and on Wednesday, October 17, he decided to let his fans in on how he celebrated his daughter’s fifth birthday.

A photo accessed by shows Salah hilariously dressed as a Disney character in what looks like a sweet attempt to appease his little girl.

On the day, the lethal forward was dressed in a bold leaf skirt to portray the character Maui from the Disney hit movie, Moana.

He shared photos of the cheeky outfit alongside his daughter on his Instagram as he fully embraced the character through his caption.

“I, Maui, bring to you Moana! Happy birthday my princess. Amazing father,” he wrote.

The skirt was not the only eye-catching element of the outfit as Salah also dawned a green Hawaiian flower neck garland.

The cake and balloons in the background were also a clear sign the birthday was definitely one to remember for his daughter.

Fans reacted warmly to the strong father gesture from Salah, with majority saying it was the “sweetest thing they’ve ever seen”.

It will also go a long way in keeping Salah in high spirits as Liverpool gears up for a mouth-watering clash against Manchester United on Sunday, October 20.

Liverpool are current runaway leaders after a perfect start to the season saw them win eight out of eight matches.

Manchester United, on the other hand, are experiencing contrasting fortunes as they are yet to register double-figure points eight games into the new season.

Their latest defeat against a lowly Newcastle means United have made the worst Premier League start in more than three decades.
