They definitely do not call football the beautiful game for nothing.
A young has gone viral after passionately celebrating Arsenal’s winner against Aston Villa on Sunday despite being blind.
As TUKO.co.ke reported, the Gunners once again inadvertently tested their fans blood pressure once again after a topsy-turvy game against Villa which they somehow managed to claw a 3-2 victory.
To say Emery’s side needed the win would be an understatement as they have had some underwhelming performances in recent times including the unexpected draw wirth Watford in a match which they were conveniently leading 2-0.
The game against Aston Villa was that extra special, particularly for one young fan who, despite being blind, was happy to be part of the electric atmosphere.
Nine-year-old Mikey Poulli was born with perfectly functional eyes but went blind at the age of seven after a fare eye disease.
His passion for the game was exhibited after Pierre Emerick Aubameyang’s freekick sent him and thousands of fans into a football frenzy.
Taking to Twitter, the young lad could not hide his excitement at his team’s performance and his overall enthusiasm for the beautiful game.
“I might be blind, but this proves you dont need to see to believe. Thank you Aubameyang for this amazing moment and feeling,” he tweeted.
His post was so touching it immediately went viral and to cap his magical night off, Aubameyang the match winner himself replied to his tweet with a heart emoji.
